Article 13 and 11

I have been trying to inform myself about the Copyright Directive EU approved but it seems like every article I read about it is biased. And the information that has been released by EU and its representatives is mostly vague and abstract. If they don’t tell people what it will actually happen, how can we see them as trustworthy? To be honest, it just makes them look ignorant. They don’t seem to have any idea about what they just approved.
